Time for a Change
What I love about these trucks is there is are many things you can do to them and special parts are readily available. So after 6 years of ownership I want to change the look of my truck without taking away the classic look. I bought all new Moog front end parts and yesteday ordered new control arm shafts and U Bolts. Also going to get a Borgeson Quick Ratio steering box and after agonizing and going back and forth over the years whether to lower the truck or not and after seeing this red truck with that lowering combo I am going to lower mine with a 2 1/2 dropped spindle with a 4 inch drop spring with shock relocaters and adjustable trac bar. After running the factory P01's on 235/75 15's on 15 x 7 rims ( actually white rallys so the edge looks like it shoud with the P01's ) basically since I bought the truck I have also decided to go with 15 x 8 rallys with 255//70 15 tires. Gonna take more time to buy all the parts needed and when I have everything I'll get it all done at the same time.
