HO72 confusion(taperd vs double row ball bearings)?

Hi
My 72 c35 has stated 11k axles but I am wondering if i dont have an axle swap
or something like that on this vehicle.

I have what looks like an ho72 though?
17 spline axle
10.5 ring gear(3768613 gm 7-36 6 1967 2) stamped in it)
5.14 ratio

Do ho72s have tapered pinion bearings(best I can tell from napa and the manual is they do)?

My manual indicates that the heavier axle(11K) has a double row ball bearing vs the tapered of the 7200k axle. I have the bearings of the larger axle however everything else seems smaller.
