Brake drum stuck! How?

Working on a 68 1/2 that’s been sitting for a year. Left front drum was tight but it would roll. Topped of master cylinder and went to bleed all 4 corners. Couldn’t get left front to bleed, found that rubber line was stopped up. Replaced line and bled air bubbles out. Test drove it down the driveway and when I applied the brakes the left front locked up and will not release. I took the wheel off and tried to break it loose with a big pry bar and had to stop when I started bending the lug nuts! First, I assume that the wheel cylinder is frozen up? What then? How do I get it loose or get the drum off? Thanks for any help.
