Getting at least one hour of cardio exercise each week makes it easier to get more done for me. Raising your fitness level raises your stamina.
That can be 20 minutes 4 days a week or some other combination. It can be tough to get started but once you get into a habit it is worth every minute. Plus I get a lot of planning done at the same time. Being on the top end of 58 it certainly helps to keep me more limber for those days under the truck. Truth be told I'm only sort of limber.
