Identify dash connector

Hey all,

I have this connector under the dash on the drivers side. Can anyone help identify what this is for? It is a tree wire, Black, light blue, dark blue wires, two ports are aligned vertically and the the third is at a slight angle. It is not the horn relay. This is on a 1968 c10 RWD.
