Starting issue

On my 3rd starter. Here is the issue starts 10-20 times no issue then just clicks. Cycle the key a few times and it will start. I replaced the starter 3 times replaced the power wire and the neutral wiring back to the switch. Grounded from battery to block then block to frame and also cab to frame. I have a full 12 volts new battery and will just click even with a jumper on the battery. Grounds are all clean. I even tried a new ignition switch. What am I missing. Will fire right off jumping the solenoid
