6.2L Tune Up
My 2012 Yukon XL Denali with the 6.2L and AFM is at 97,000 miles. Apparently it's time for plugs and wires. Any input on what is the best option here? I have been looking on Amazon at my options, mainly because it's easy.
What does everyone recommend? At this point she's bone stock. I see the Edelbrock 22716 Ultra Spark 50 wire set for $69. Are those worth it or just stay with AC Delco? What about plugs? I planned on AC Delco on that, unless another better option. I don't know if stick with Platinum or Iridium? I think they came platinum, but I'm not sure. Any other other 100,000 basics to do? All fluids have been changed, except for coolant flush, which I might do when she goes in for next service or airbag recall. Also, while on the discussion I have a small stutter on my 03 burb with the 5.3L flex. Its been 50,000 since plugs and wires on her, so going to do them as well. Same question on the Platinum or Iridium on it or other option.....I think same plug. Thanks |
