I have pretty much the same blaster as you.

I blast over my concrete paver driveway, then sweep it all up and sift it into a pail, then sift it again as I pour from the pail back into the blaster. I've run the abrasive through upwards of five times or so before it's mostly powder.

I run the largest tip, which seems to clog less.

I've also built my compressed air system to reduce the build up of moisture, and I try to run another water separator as well as the one that comes on the machine. Dry air is good. I also likely have a much drier climate where I am than where you are, which helps.

When it all works in harmony, blasting is very therapeutic for me; I see progress, and the finish is nice.

And yeah - the more I work on my truck, the less interested I am in "shows." It's a freakin' driver.
