PS pulley alignment

sorry for another thread on a very common issue, but here is mine. Any help would be appreciated.

Crank, water pump and alternator line up perfectly. Alt is lined up with outside grooves. PSP seems to want to line up with inside, but as you can see is both tilted and slightly out too far.

keyed shaft on PSP.

I have one of those flat metal brackets, is it time to get out the grinder and remove metal until the PSP lines up?

Also, do the serpentine systems seem to work well or do you get them and still have the same problems?

Thanks for any help
