Question Cab Swap

Hello, my first time posting so go easy on me.I have a 75 LWB 2wd It' my daily/only driver and runs well with low miles on engine/tranny,problem is the cab is rotted out(large hole in floor, cab floor support missing,Rocker completely seperated from floor). After looking at prices for the patch panels I would need(and then get them welded in) and a bare cab from the junkyard it is much more economical to by a decent cab, also I could have a cheap coat of paint put on it at my leasure and replace the shot cab mounts when swapping.Question is;how heavy is a bare cab?Can several stong backs jockey it arond?or do I need some equipment(have access to fork lift)? How long would it take to swap them?I figure I would have to get a 73-80? cab so the front clip would match bolt holes.Would need to disconect/reinstall brake M/C,sterring colum, wires, heater blower motor.Any help or pointing out something I haven"t thought of would be appreciated.

Thanks
