Exhaust manifold dilemma

I’m putting together a 72 C10, and after putting the Vortec headed 350 I found some 90’s truck exhaust manifolds. Idiot me didn’t account for the engine stands which interfere with those manifolds. So the dilemma is, do I try to find 67-72 ram horn manifolds and hope they clear the spark plugs or notch the engine stands for the manifolds I already have?
