as far as the stud replacement the way i look at it if all 4wheels were on the truck improperly installed that means all 24studs were subjected to the same destructive stress levels and all 24 studs should be replaced ,or you can just replace a few now and wait to replace the others as the other wheels fall off

LMFAO! And,.....on top of that, if the wrong lug nuts were installed, the lug nuts are now garbage, along with the studs as previously mentioned, AND the wheels as well. If the mating surface is damaged from having the wrong lug nuts installed, (pinching or misforming the aluminum) the wheels can not be trusted anymore and should be recycled and made into beer cans so that we can all enjoy this incident for a long time to come!!
