Thinking of a 4l60e tranny, any help/suggestions please.
Long story short I can get a freshly rebuilt (and upgraded servo etc)4l60e tranny (I saw the reciept for 1800.00) for a couple of hundred out of a wrecked camaro. My question is:
Is it really possible to do this swap with out the computer components? Has anyone done this swap on a 350 before without a computer? How would I control the shift points without the Computer? Is this a good idea, even with the great price? Any suggestions would be really appreciated!! Shawn
