Windows melting down
The mechanism inside my doors for rolling the windows up and down binds and basically acts like it's fixin' to die. I pulled the inside door panel and found there's still a wall there with only a 7" x 7" hole for accessing the window mechanism. Looks like it would be real tricky to remove the old and install a new mechanism.
How nasty a job is this? Also the little rivet holding together the hinge on the top/side of the vent window just suddenly got real loose. Is this something I can fix with standard tools and below-average skills? Thanx.
