Need a number off an 84 EGR valve please!

Need to get a new EGR valve for my 84. It HAD an 89 engine (305) when I got it. Just got through rebuilding an 86 engine (305) and installing it. After much research, have determined that the only EGR valve I have (the one that was on the 89 engine) is the one for the 89 engine, NOT the original one from the original 84 engine (which I never saw). When you buy an EGR, to get the correct one, you really need the numbers off the old one. I have to get through the emissions test, have to take the 'passed' certificate with me to get the title transferred, so I really want to get the right EGR, not a best guess substitute from the list of available ones at the auto parts store.

If someone has an 84 (early 84 with no ECM) C-10 with the original EGR valve still installed, can you post the number off of it? Should be an 8 digit number like 17084815 or 17110507 or something like that, may have a couple of letters in front of it. There should be a second line of numbers under that ending with an N or P, most likely N. I looked at an 85 that was very similar to mine, and when researching the number off the 85 at the parts store, we found it to be one of the series of numbers for 85 replacements, but the available EGR's for 84's were a different series, so I'm gonna need a number of an 84 specifically to get the right one.

If someone has an 84 out there that can help, I'd greatly appreciate it!
