Remember the steering rag joint?
I found a small (possibly Ford) UJ in my stash, had tried to give it away before….. Now I may need it myself. Advice time I guess. What we have . Splines look to be different size, but I think it is an optical illusion. What I found. Cut off the rag joint, reshape the shaft to triangular, bolt on the UJ? Then there is this advice option. Thanks to mate Edd @boidieanbdoyle for this. Or a new rubber for 15quid? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Cort...-127635-2958-0 So grind/drill out rivets and bolt in replacement. Conundrum?
