Re: ChevyLand ‘The Truck Photo Tour’

Thanks guys,

The story :
Saw it on cl In Montana one night
Called the guy and offered full price
To wire the money
He called me the next day and said he only wanted cash
And he had someone who was coming to buy it
I wrote it off
Then he called me late that next day
The other person stood him up last minute
So he was much more accommodating on working out the payment plans
Anyway
He got if from a lady who’s husband passed away over 20 years ago
I asked why it’s missing the mirrors,
He had just painted it before he passed and didn’t mounting new ones
(No holes)
The It stayed locked up for all those years till he found it
I haven’t dug into it yet
But looks to have just over 100k and very rust free
You never know what they really are going to be until you see them in person
I ordered open transport
But it showed up enclosed (first time that ever happened)
With a very nice couple, driving
What it looked like rolling off
I was pleasantly impressed
