Window sash lubrication

What are you guys using to lubricate where the rollers go in the window sash for the side glass?

I am installing new side glass in one of my blazers soon and I’d prefer to do it once and correct.

Thanks
Mark

Will it be a problem if the sash is installed about 3/16 to 1/4 inch forward on the glass? My glass guy who is a friend just centered it and an original glass I removed from another door shows it a little more to the rear. I don’t want to make him redo it if it’s not needed. And I also don’t want to install it to find out he needs to redo it?
