You will need a 10.5” to be comparable in strength to the HO52 as well as being bolt in. A square body K30 1 ton (77-87(91) will have the correct 40.5” axle perch spacing and be a 10.5” full floater. You will only have to cut and re-weld one shock mount for it to be bolt in. You will need to re gear your front axle to 3:73 If changing ratios. 3:73 should be fine with a th350 if on stockish size tires. If you are lifted and on 33-35’s I’d suggest 4:11.
