up for sell again 70 panel truck
1970 panel with a 68 front clip. New windshield. Needs some work? No motor or Trans, disk breaks, and power steering. It has rust in the usual spots. Some one replaced the rockers and the never painted them so they are rusted and pited.would make a good project for some one. The windshield is a tinted/and shaded version. Brand new seal. Glass has not even had wipers on it. It also has the deluxe trim installed. The disc brakes are a kit. It is a conversion kit bought from Chevy Duty. It uses Chevy/Malibu rotors. It is so you can use 4 3/4 bolt pattern Chevy wheels. The rear is a 3:73 gear. The axels have been redrilled for the 4 3/4 bolt pattern also. And the axel centers were turned down at a machine shop. So the smaller bolt pattern wheels will fit. Frame is very nice as well as the trailing arms. Lower body is in need of some attention. But is very fixable.
I will not lie there is a lot of bondo in it but it is not because the body was bad. They changed the body lines and used about 20 pounds of mud. It is funny in some spots it is a 1/4 inch thick. I have spend allot of time grinding it out and body has some cancer but in all the normal places. Front coils are factory coils that have been cut down. I cut them properly. I had that whole front suspension in another truck for about 15 years. It is very nice. As for the rear doors. Sometime back in the 1980's someone decided to customize the panel. They removed all the door handles. I found another door and cut out the section that had the handle in it. The rear doors on the panel are very nice on the bottom. But someone felt the need to smear tons of bondo on the outside. Don’t know why. If you have any questions please email me and I will answer then for you. $700.00 obo consider trade
