Bottom of front bumper bolts measurement please?

could someone give me the measurement between the two center bottom bumper bolts that bolt up to the underneath of the frame horns. You do not need to have the bumper off to do so from the center of one chrome bumper bolt to the other would be great, I would really appreciate it.

My bumper and and my frame don't match up and I am trying to determine which is twisted (more, lol) and beat it into submission.

I believe the two bottom frame horn holes are fixed where as the bumper uses L shaped brackets for the top two holes so there's plenty of play there for adjustments.

please and thank you
