Is this really a 67 K10 on BAT?

I can understand that anyone can build any sort of truck they want out of any conglomeration of parts, but it seems a far stretch to be calling this a 67 and ALSO calling it a 67K10. The only thing about it that say "67" is the cab because it has a small back window. Even the VIN tag is from a 2 wd truck. You can read my comment here: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/19...olet-k-10-4x4/ under the name georgieb72. Perhaps you disagree with what I have to say. I welcome your thoughts.
