If you have PTFE line, use it. After using both, the PTFE is much easier to use and is a smaller outer diameter making it a little easier to route. I used Hot Rod fuel hose brand for the fuel lines I re-did on my Camaro last weekend. After all the traditional AN lines I made on that car, I really wish I just started with PTFE, much easier to work with.
