Frame part/bracket removal

I finally have a large enough garage to start the build on my 1965 GMC. It's a Canadian truck so it's a Chevrolet trailing arm frame underneath.

So there are a few parts on the frame that I am considering removing before I media blast and paint it. Since I stripped the truck down years ago to safely store it, I have forgotten what some of these brackets do.

The FSM doesn't seem to have these and I'm sure you guys here can help me ID them. Thanks!

I think one is for the rear exhaust which I probably don't need for a true dual set up.

There are also two brackets up front and one is missing. I wonder if I should remove the other one.
