Re: Introductions and 1970 C10 Project

Hello folks,

Slow progress - but got some wiring done. The whole front end is now wired up; headlights, parking lights and turn signals...

I started working on the brakes, manually bled the master cylinder and was all dumb fat and happy when I was done. When I tried to bleed the whole system, front right caliper started leaking like a sieve. Order a new one, painted it and then realized they gave me the driver side instead of passenger side... Rinse and repeat, this time with the correct side. (I double checked before paint)

Start bleeding brakes, then the two rear calipers leak... So in process of ordering those as well. The rear end I am currently using is a 79 Cadillac Seville rear which had disc brakes. Pain in the a$$ finding those calipers as they are a special order for some reason...

No new pics to post as of now, be back soon!
