Trailing Arm Crossmember Question???

I bought a new trailing arm crossmember with openings for exhaust pipes.

My question is should I use the upper holes, or lower holes.

I installed the trailing arms in the lower hole, and it seems to have raised my truck, which I have gone through a lot of effort and expense to lower.

Anyone have an opinion on which set of holes to use.

The box is not installed on the frame yet, so now is the time to adjust.
