https://youtu.be/M3Pfdi0fCeA At 1:15 mark they offer 2 different 4 doors - a "crew cab" or "bonus cab"... so sounds like some came without a back seat from the factory. I always thought those for sale without back seats just got pulled out at some point over the years; guess that's not always the case!
