Shock relocation leaf spring 72

I installed 4" lowered leaf springs in the stock location (non flipped) over the axle on a 72 C10. Has anyone needed to relocate the shocks? On the shock bracket on the frame there is a second further back hole I could install a shock stud in that would make a less steep angle. Question is would that be enough? I know that there are extenders made for 73 and up leaf trucks, could those be used? Have never seen any for 67 to 72's. Just trying to diminish trial and error down the road.
