Front Wire Harness ABS Plastic Shield/Holder

Not sure the name of the two parts. I am in need of the ABS Plastic Shield/Wire Harness holder the runs along the cowl and the other along the radiator support. Both of mine have damage at the mounting screw locations and are pretty dry. A larger washer would get me by, but I would rather replace. I've only seen them as part of the harness. I've not been able to track down the two individual parts. Does anyone know of a source. My harness is in remarkably good condition and I would rather not replace it.
