Re: Need fuel system or carb help stuck oin Santa Rosa nm

Well I didn't make many miles today. Stopped at a few places and enjoyed the scenery and tryed to relax a bit
I did look a 48 Chevy truck, probably a two ton with an as old winch on the back.
Really would make for a good restoration. Was in south St Joseph mo.

The truck ran fine but did have to add 3/4 quart of engine oil.
I am expecting the filter under the cab to fail soon as it seems to get plugged between 400 and 500 miles.

Got a room in Cameron, Mo. decided to park early and leave early. Have about 340 miles to home. Been on the road way to long.
Thanks everyone, I will make it home yet, Danny
