White Top 67 Truck Questions... Pics Needed...

Planning on doing a white top on my 67 since I have to do some roof repairs and someone else stripped the paint off the roof and back of cab, and Im curious if anyone has any pictures or insight into how they did this in 67. I know the 69-72 did the a pillars and doors, and (I think?) 68 did the pillars and doors too..

The pics I have attached are from an old thread, and it appears they painted the 'bow' above the windshield white as well. Does anyone have any pics to confirm or deny this? Really want to keep with the original idea.
