72 leaf spring tailpipes

Heard somewhere 74 and up tail pipes will fit a 72 leaf spring rear c10, anyone know? I just want the tailpipes from the muffler to a side exit. All I've found are pipes that state coil spring only for a 72. My present pipes bought in the 80s came in a kit that did not list coil or leaf and fit great. Unfortunately they are to rotted out to reuse after installing new Magnaflow mufflers.
