Floorboards and wire harness???
My outer rockers are good condition, but I do need new floor pans in my 1960 Suburban. I can get pics if needed, but they are shot to the kickpanel on the sides. I believe the tunnel is fine.
Is it best to just buy the individual sides or the entire floor section? And where would you buy them from? On that note, I need to re-wire the interior (could do engine bay as well, but I cleaned that up when I got her running). What's the best harness to get? Then to combine these, has anyone ripped out the floor pans, then re-wired using the nice large holes in the floor to get up into the dash from underneath? I have a 4 post lift, so I'm thinking if tough to get under the dash, that might make it easier. Is that a crazy idea? Would it even work? |
