Tailgate Panel Installation - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

So apparently the Trim Parts repo has installation instructions. Does anyone have a copy of this? Need to mount the OEM panel I have on a new tailgate and I don't have an old tailgate with holes drilled already.

Also, would be nice to see the length of screws and whatever else I need to mount this thing. I'm getting sick of it standing up in my office.
