I've had that happen several times over the years. Nearly always, it's due to applying a fast-drying layer over a slow drying layer. Cool weather is the death of me because I get antsy to lay down that last coat. The epoxy will fully catalyze over time and you should be able to block the 2K down and carry on. After blocking, you may want to shoot a sealer between the primer and the topcoat for some extra insurance. Hiccups in a paint job after all the prep work are miserable to deal with.
