u-joint replacement ?

so I'am replaceing the carrier bearing and marked the drive shafts (2 pc) but didn't mark the yoke next the carrier bearing, all the videos said they only go on one way, so I didn't mark. it did have a missing tooth (like the ones in videos) but the drive line has all the spins on it. does it matter if I don't have it right? I have a 50/50 chance of putting it back on wright. Will it make the drive line out of balance if I'am 180 off. I do know that the yoke should be off set from the other end. 68 longbed stepside rear coil springs
