Converting to short waterpump (long) Missing Anything?

I have been planning to convert from a ling waterpump to a short waterpump setup for a while. I figured that I would change out a few more things since I was doing the waterpump. I noticed last week that I have a small hole in my radiator and that I would swap that out and run new tranny cooler lines to my 400 turbo. The reason for this post is to go over what I need to do and make sure I dont miss anything. Also there will be pics of this mess I am going to make

drain radiator
remove upper and lower hoses
remove fan shroud
remove water pump hose
remove fan
remove alternator
remove power steering pump
remove water pump
remove any long waterpump pulleys and brackets
