WA Bedside tool box rough

Factory Tool storage box from bed. Kinda rough shape. No key, door is locked shut, rust in lower area of door and surround, door is dented. It probably needs 1 or 2 hinges. The area below the hinges is pretty well rusted away but the bent area where the door seal is pretty solid. The door has a crease on the bottom and is starting to rust in the bottom. Fiberglass box has a hole in the back
