LS Swap Questions - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Good morning! I have a couple quick questions that seem simple, but the search button wasn't helping.

1. What oil pan should I use? I ruled it down to the Hooley 302-1 or 302-2. I think the -2 is the right one, but I can't find anything definite.

2. What angle should I set the motor back at? Can I measure it at the valley pan?

I'm sure I'll run into more, but hopefully the search button will be nicer to me.
