KS Need '05 Tahoe W/W Arch

Needing a section of the driver's side left rear door arch above the wheel opening for a 2005 4 door Tahoe. See the added pic for reference. Would like a 12-14 inch long section from the inner upper lip to the lower lip of the arch under the plastic (?) wheel well trim. Our Tahoe is rusting thru and a couple local body shops are telling me that section is not available? Has to be "hand formed" and the price they quote reflects that. Ouch! Naturally, color will not matter as long as the metal is solid since it will be paint blended in to match.
