help with SPID

Maybe someone here can decipher this SPID on a 1969 K-20 that has been in my family since about 1975 or 6.

Some clues that might help, it's of course a 3/4 ton. It is 4wd. 350 with a 4 speed. When we got it it had a utility bed on it and you could see where it had some sort of a sign on the door. We were told by the dealer who sold it to dad it was some sort of utility company truck in Colorado.

you can barely make out about half of the SPID. I don't even see the engine call out.

anyway, maybe someone could guess at it by the type of truck it is.
