Dana 44 ..missing spring/cup
I am going through a front Dana 44. 1978 3.42
There was no spring or spring cup on either side. The gear is Nedec...inner peice is spring loaded. When removing cap it seemed sprung out properly as though it functioned properly. Not sure there would be room for spring/cup. Any idea? Thanks.
