macs61 Registered User Join Date: Jun 2018 Location: pleasanton. ca Posts: 77	one wire alt Have my truck a 61 chevy stepside completely wired with american auto wire Decided to install vintage air the altinator that came with the kit is one wire original alt was1main wire and 2wires to plug. Instructions say to run wire from alt tp positive on battery.American auto wire has alt to fuse block and bat pos to starter please help me understand this.
