72 GMC 1/2 Ton Door Label

I'm having a repo door label made for my 72 Sierra Grande but I'm not sure what it should say. I've searched extensively online and am more confused than ever. I realize that GM was anything but consistent. Not sure of the exact date, but the original 402 BB was made in Tonawanda on Nov 24th and I have the warranty book dated 12-28-71 and the cancelled check the first owner paid with dated 12-29-1971 so I'm thinking that the most likely DOM would be 12/71. Truck was made at Flint plant. What do you experts think?

Second question: Should the label have just the VIN and DOM or as some I've seen online include the axle ratings and a note that its a Truck or something to that effect? The axle ratings are on the stainless steel door jamb plate so not sure if I need to repeat them on the door decal.

If one of you has a photo of a Flint 1972 GMC 1/2 ton with a DOM of 12/71 that you could post it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
