Door Alignment

Does anyone have some solid advice as to getting my doors aligned properly? I welded in new cab corners, rockers and A pillars a while ago while the cab was still bolted to the frame. Checked the door alignment afterwards and thought it was fairly close before I removed the cab.

I have the cab back on the frame, rebuilt the door hinges and hung the doors. Now I can't get the passenger door to close without rubbing against the rocker.

My plan is to hang the doors, bolt my fenders on and get the final alignment for the cab/front core support finished, and any final body/filler work. Remove everything, paint it and re-assemble.
