Looking at buying 89 c1500 , cam and efi questions

Hi all so I'm looking to possibly buy a 89 c1500 for a daily driver. Real straight real clean original paint 2/4 drop and immaculate interior. This truck got a brand new stock crate motor 5k ago so my question is , what cam can I throw in ( or top end for that matter) to make about 350hp for a daily driven truck? I would convert to edelbrock proflow 4 xt before any mods. I had a 93 tbi on a yukon once and I have no desire to keep the oem setup.

My needs are that it needs to be reliable for daily and not super crazy or lopey , and I still need to be able to tow with it 6k lbs or less . Everything I search when looking for upgrades is generally shot down or neutered suggestions due to tbi restrictions.

I have an 84 ls swapped truck already that is my hotrod , I want this to be a sensible everyday truck with power to do truck things and get up and down the mountain passes of Utah with my fishing boat. I was thinking maybe some aluminum afr heads or trick flow with a ht383 cam might get me there?
