Clicking noise

I have an intermittent clicking noise that I don't like. Let me know what you think. The winner could earn themselves a chicken dinner.

Info:
Some days it doesn't happen, regardless of engine temp.
When it does happen, it tends to go away once the engine warms up
It doesn't seem to correlate with engine RPM
It seems like it's louder on the passenger side, but that's not scientific
