When dad finished restoring his 58 Impala convertible in the early 90's, He was able to read the tumbler and go to the service station which he worked at as a high schooler in the late 50's and use the original punch key machine that was still there and make copies. I thought that was the coolest old technology that still works.
Yay for small towns.
And it is a single key for everything.
