55.2-59 AC condenser

This is the condenser that came with the vintage air heritage kit. Its a vertical condenser and is no where near wide enough to attach to the core support with the supplied 1 inch brackets. Not sure if I have the correct condenser or if I need different brackets. I can run a piece of 1 inch flat stock across where the screw holes are on the top and bottom of the condenser and bolt that to the core support if I need to but does anyone make a bracket to fit? If I run the flat brackets horizontal it will fit but it just seems a little flimsy .Has anyone run into this and what should I do?
