Painting the cab

I am getting pretty close to painting the cab. I have to finish final sanding and then I plan to seal everything with a thinned epoxy (eastwood) followed by single stage paint. As I am doing the entire cab inside and out the same color, should I paint it in stages (inside first, let it dry, then outside)? Or should I do the entire thing all at once?
